الْحَارِثُ بْنُ مِسْكِينٍ قِرَاءَةً عَلَيْهِ عَنِ ابْنِ الْقَاسِمِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ
الْكِتَابُ الَّذِي كَتَبَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لِعَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ فِي الْعُقُولِ «إِنَّ فِي النَّفْسِ مِائَةً مِنَ الْإِبِلِ وَفِي الْأَنْفِ إِذَا أُوعِبَ جَدْعًا مِائَةٌ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ وَفِي الْمَأْمُومَةِ ثُلُثُ النَّفْسِ وَفِي الْجَائِفَةِ مَثَلُهَا وَفِي الْعَيْنِ خَمْسُونَ وَفِي الْيَدِ خَمْسُونَ وَفِي الرِّجْلِ خَمْسُونَ وَفِي كُلِّ إِصْبَعٍ مِنْهَا هُنَالِكَ عَشْرٌ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ وَفِي السِّنِّ خَمْسٌ وَفِي الْمُوضِحَةِ خَمْسٌ»
Translation

✧ The document which the Messenger of Allah ﷺ wrote for 'Amr b. Hazm concerning blood money: “For a life, one hundred camels; for a nose completely cut off, one hundred camels; for a wound reaching the brain (ma'mumah), one-third of the blood money; for a wound penetrating the body cavity (ja'ifah), the same; for an eye, fifty; for a hand, fifty; for a foot, fifty; for each finger of these, ten camels; for a tooth, five; for a wound that exposes the bone without displacing it (mudihah), five.”
