✧ The Blood Money of the Woman's Fetus

أَخْبَرَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ وَإِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ يُونُسَ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُوسَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ صُهَيْبٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ
أَنَّ امْرَأَةً حَذَفَتِ امْرَأَةً فَأَسْقَطَتْ «فَجَعَلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي وَلَدِهَا خَمْسَمِائَةٍ شَاةً وَنَهَى يَوْمَئِذٍ عَنِ الْحَذْفِ» قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ أَرْسَلَهُ أَبُو نَعِيمٍ

✧ A woman threw a pebble at another woman and caused her to miscarry, "so the Messenger of Allah ﷺ set for her child five hundred sheep, and on that day he forbade throwing pebbles." Abu 'Abd al-Rahman said: Abu Nu'aym transmitted it as mursal.
