✧ The intellect of women

أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ الرَّمْلِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ضَمْرَةُ بْنُ رَبِيعَةَ الرَّمْلِيُّ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «عَقْلُ الْمَرْأَةِ مِثْلُ عَقْلِ الرَّجُلِ حَتَّى تَبْلُغَ الثُّلُثَ مِنْ دِيَتِهَا» قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ ضَعِيفٌ كَثِيرُ الْخَطَأِ

Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "A woman's blood money is like a man's until it reaches one third of her full blood money." Abu 'Abd al-Rahman said: Isma'il b. 'Ayyash is weak and makes many errors.
