al-Sunan al-Kubra (al-Nasa'i) 6924

✧ The title "تَعْظِيمُ قَتْلِ الْمُعَاهِدِ" translates as "The magnification of killing the institutes.

أَخْبَرَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ حُرَيْثٍ أَبُو عَمَّارٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنِ الْأَشْعَثِ بْنِ ثُرْمُلَةَ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسًا مُعَاهِدًا بِغَيْرِ حِلِّهَا حَرَّمَ اللهُ عَلَيْهِ الْجَنَّةَ أَنْ يَشُمَّ رِيحَهَا»
