أَخْبَرَنِي كَثِيرُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ عَنْ بَقِيَّةَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ بُسْرٍ قَالَ
كُنْتُ أَنَا وَأَبِي قَاعِدَيْنِ إِذْ أَقْبَلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَى بَغْلَةٍ لَهُ فَقَالَ لَهُ أَبِي أَلَا تَنْزِلُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ فَنُطْعِمَكَ شَيْئًا وَتَدْعُوَ بِالْبَرَكَةِ فَنَزَلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَطَعِمَ ثُمَّ قَالَ «اللهُمَّ ارْحَمْهُمْ فَاغْفِرْ لَهُمْ وَبَارِكْ لَهُمْ فِي رِزْقِهِمْ»

✧ My father and I were sitting when the Messenger of Allah ﷺ came on a mule of his. My father said to him, 'Will you not dismount, O Messenger of Allah, so that we may feed you something and you may supplicate for blessing?' So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ dismounted, ate, then said: 'O Allah, have mercy on them, forgive them, and bless their provision.'
