أَخْبَرَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي سَعِيدٌ عَنْ بَكْرِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنِ ابْنِ هُبَيْرَةَ

عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَمَّنْ خَدَمَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ ثَمَانَ سِنِينَ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ إِذَا قَرَّبَ إِلَيْهِ طَعَامًا قَالَ «بِسْمِ اللهِ» فَإِذَا فَرَغَ مِنْ طَعَامِهِ قَالَ «اللهُمَّ أَطْعَمْتَ وَأَسْقَيْتَ وَأَغْنَيْتَ وَأَقْنَيْتَ وَهَدَيْتَ وَاجْتَبَيْتَ فَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ عَلَى مَا أَعْطَيْتَ»

✧ From Abd al-Rahman b. Jubayr, from the one who served the Prophet ﷺ for eight years, that he heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say when food was brought near to him, "In the name of Allah," and when he finished his food, he said, "O Allah, You fed and gave drink, enriched and granted sufficiency, guided and chose; so to You belongs praise for what You have given."
