أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ حُرَيْثٍ قَالَ قَعَدْنَا إِلَى رَجُلٍ يُقَالُ لَهُ سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ فَذَكَرُوا لَهُ حَدِيثَ ابْنَ عُمَرَ فِي الْجَرِّ فَقَالَ
«إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ لَمْ يُحَرِّمْهُ وَلَكِنْ أَصْحَابُهُ وَقَعُوا فِي جِرَارِ خَيْبَرَ فَنَهَاهُمْ عَنْهُ»
