أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ نَصْرِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ الْحُوَيْرِثِ

أنه رَأَى نَبِيَّ اللهِ ﷺ رَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ فِي صَلَاتِهِ إِذَا رَكَعَ وَإِذَا رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ مِنْ رُكُوعِهِ وَإِذَا سَجَدَ وَإِذَا رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ مِنْ سُجُودِهِ حَتَّى يُحَاذِي بِهِمَا فُرُوعَ أُذُنَيْهِ 677 أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ نَصْرِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ الْحُوَيْرِثِ أَنَّهُ رَأَى نَبِيَّ اللهِ ﷺ رَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ 678 أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ نَصْرِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ الْحُوَيْرِثِ أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ إِذَا دَخَلَ فِي الصَّلَاةِ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ وَزَادَ فِيهِ وَإِذَا رَكَعَ فَعَلَ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ وَإِذَا رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ مِنَ الرُّكُوعِ فَعَلَ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ وَإِذَا رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ مِنَ السُّجُودِ فَعَلَ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ

✧ He saw the Prophet of Allah ﷺ raise his hands in his prayer when he bowed, when he raised his head from bowing, when he prostrated, and when he raised his head from prostration, until he brought them level with the tops of his ears. 677 Muhammad b. al-Muthanna informed us; he said: Abd al-A'la narrated to us; he said: Sa'id narrated to us from Qatadah from Nasr b. Asim from Malik b. al-Huwayrith that he saw the Prophet of Allah ﷺ raise his hands, and he mentioned the same. 678 Muhammad b. al-Muthanna informed us; he said: Mu'adh b. Hisham narrated to us; he said: my father narrated to me from Qatadah from Nasr b. Asim from Malik b. al-Huwayrith that when the Prophet of Allah ﷺ entered into prayer—and he mentioned something similar, and he added in it: and when he bowed he did the same, and when he raised his head from bowing he did the same, and when he raised his head from prostration he did the same.
