أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ حَفْصَةَ بِنْتِ سِيرِينَ عَنِ الرَّبَابِ عَنْ عَمِّهَا سَلْمَانَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ يَبْلُغُ بِهِ

النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «إِذَا أَفْطَرَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيُفْطِرْ عَلَى تَمْرٍ فَإِنَّهُ بَرَكَةٌ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ تَمْرًا فَالْمَاءُ فَإِنَّهُ طَهُوَرٌ»

✧ The Prophet ﷺ said: “When one of you breaks his fast, let him break it with dates, for it is a blessing. If he does not find dates, then with water, for it is purifying.”
