أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ مُسَاوِرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَمْرٍو عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «الْعُمْرَى لِمَنْ أُعْمِرَهَا هِيَ لَهُ وَلِعَقِبِهِ يَرِثُهَا مَنْ يَرِثُهُ مِنْ عَقِبِهِ»
