أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ دَاوُدَ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ
قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «الْعُمْرَى جَائِزَةٌ لِأَهْلِهَا وَالرُّقْبَى جَائِزَةٌ لِأَهْلِهَا»
