أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا حِبَّانُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ عَنْ حَنْظَلَةَ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ طَاوُسًا يَقُولُ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَا تَحِلُّ الرُّقْبَى فَمَنْ أَرْقَبَ رُقْبَى فَهُوَ بِسَبِيلِ مِيرَاثٍ»
