أَخْبَرَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ يَحْيَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْجَبَّارِ بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ لَعَلَّهُ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

لَا رُقْبَى فَمَنْ أُرْقِبَ شَيْئًا فَهُوَ بِسَبِيلِ الْمِيرَاثِ
