أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَوْنٍ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ عُتيَبَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ شَدَّادِ بْنِ الْهَادِ أَنَّ ابْنَةَ حَمْزَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ §أَعْتَقَتْ مَمْلُوكًا لَهَا فَمَاتَ وَتَرَكَ ابْنَتَهُ وَمَوْلَاتَهُ فَوَرِثَتْهُ ابْنَتُهُ النِّصْفَ وَوَرِثَتْهُ ابْنَةُ حَمْزَةَ النِّصْفَ قَالَ

أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ وَهَذَا أَوْلَى بِالصَّوَابِ مِنَ الَّذِي قَبْلَهُ
