أَخْبَرَنِي مَسْعُودُ بْنُ جُوَيْرِيَةَ الْمَوْصِلِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ بَشِيرٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ وَأَبَانَ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ كَذَا قَالَ عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَا يَتَوَارَثُ أَهْلُ مِلَّتَيْنِ شَتَّى»
