✧ The inheritance of the cursed child.

أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ رَاهَوَيْهِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا بَقِيَّةُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْوَلِيدِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ الْحِمْصِيُّ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ رُؤْبَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ النَّصْرِيِّ عَنْ وَاثِلَةَ بْنِ الْأَسْقَعِ

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ تُحْرِزُ الْمَرْأَةُ ثَلَاثَةَ مَوَارِيثَ عَتِيقَهَا وَلَقِيطَهَا وَالْوَلَدَ الَّذِي لَا عَنَتْ عَلَيْهِ

✧ From the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, he said: “A woman acquires three inheritances: her freed slave, her foundling, and the child about whom she has taken a vow of li’an.”
