عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مَيْمُونٍ عَنِ الْفِرْيَابِيِّ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو عَنْ فُضَيْلِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ

«الشَّرِيكُ أَحَقُّ مِنَ الْجَارِ وَالْجَارُ أَحَقُّ مِنْ غَيْرِهِ»
