عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ دَاوُدَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ الْمَاجِشُونِ عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ وَأَبِي سَلَمَةَ كِلَاهُمَا عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَضَى بِالشُّفْعَةِ فِيمَا لَمْ يُقْسَمْ فَإِذَا وَقَعَتِ الْحُدُودُ فَلَا شُفْعَةَ

Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ ruled with preemption in what has not been divided. When boundaries are set, there is no preemption.
