✧ The man sells the commodity from a man, then sells it as is from another.

أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ زَوَّجَهَا وَلِيَّانِ فَهِيَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا وَمَنْ بَاعَ بَيْعًا مِنْ رَجُلَيْنِ فَهُوَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا» 6235 أَخْبَرَنِي قَطَنُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ وَسَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ قَالَا قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مِثْلَهُ سَوَاءً

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Any woman whom two guardians give in marriage belongs to the first of them, and whoever sells a sale to two men, it belongs to the first of them." 6235 Qatan b. Ibrahim informed me, he said: Hafs narrated to us, he said: Ibrahim narrated to us, from Sa'id, from Qatadah, from al-Hasan, from 'Uqbah b. 'Amir and Samurah b. Jundub, they said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said the like of it exactly.
