✧ The secretions of menstruation

أَخْبَرَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مِسْعَرٌ وَسُفْيَانُ عَنِ الْمِقْدَامِ بْنِ شُرَيْحٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

كُنْتُ أَشْرَبُ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ فَأُنَاوِلُهُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَيَضَعُ فَاهُ عَلَى مَوْضِعِ فِيَّ فَيَشْرَبُهُ وَأَتَعَرَّقُ الْعَرْقَ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ فَأُنَاوِلُهُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ «فَيَضَعُ فَاهُ عَلَى مَوْضِعِ فِيَّ»

Translation

✧ I would drink while menstruating and then pass it to the Prophet ﷺ, and he would place his mouth on the spot where my mouth had been and drink. And I would eat from a bone while menstruating and then pass it to the Prophet ﷺ, and he would place his mouth on the spot where my mouth had been.
