أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ

نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ لِبْسَتَيْنِ وَعَنْ بَيْعَتَيْنِ أَمَّا الْبَيْعَتَانِ فَالْمُلَامَسَةُ وَالْمُنَابَذَةُ وَالْمُنَابَذَةُ أَنْ يَقُولَ الرَّجُلُ إِذَا نَبَذْتُ هَذَا الثَّوْبَ فَقَدْ وَجَبَ يَعْنِي الْبَيْعَ وَالْمُلَامَسَةُ أَنْ يَمَسَّهُ بِيَدِهِ وَلَا يَنْشُرَهُ وَلَا يُقَلِّبَهُ إِذَا مَسَّهُ وَجَبَ الْبَيْعُ

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ forbade two ways of dressing and two types of sale. As for the two types of sale, they are mulāmasah and munābadhah. Munābadhah is when a man says, "When I throw this garment, the sale is binding." Mulāmasah is when he touches it with his hand without unfolding it or turning it over; when he touches it, the sale is binding.
