حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا يَبِيعُ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ وَلَا تَنَاجَشُوا وَلَا يَزِيدُ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ وَلَا تَسْأَلُ الْمَرْأَةُ طَلَاقَ أُخْتِهَا لِتَسْتَكْفِئَ بِهِ مَا فِي صَحْفَتِهَا»

Translation

✧ From the Prophet ﷺ, he said: "A townsman should not sell for a desert dweller, and do not engage in najsh, and a man should not raise the price over his brother's sale, and a woman should not ask for the divorce of her sister so as to empty her plate."
