✧ The Sale of the Emigrant to the Bedouin

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ تَمِيمٍ الْمِصِّيصِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ
نَهَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَنِ التَّلَقِّي وَأَنْ يَبِيعَ مُهَاجِرٌ لِأَعْرَابِيٍّ وَعَنِ التَّصْرِيَةِ وَالنَّجْشِ وَأَنْ يُسَاوِمَ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى سَوْمِ أَخِيهِ وَأَنْ تَسْأَلَ الْمَرْأَةُ طَلَاقَ أُخْتِهَا

✧ The Prophet ﷺ forbade meeting caravans (on the way), a Muhajir selling on behalf of a Bedouin, leaving milk in the udder to deceive, bidding up the price without intending to buy, a man bargaining over the bargain of his brother, and a woman asking for the divorce of her sister.
