أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ عَنِ ابْنِ عَجْلَانَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «الْمُتَبَايِعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَفْتَرِقَا إِلَّا أَنْ تَكُونَ صَفْقَةَ خِيَارٍ وَلَا يَحِلُّ لَهُ أَنْ يُفَارِقَ صَاحِبَهُ خَشْيَةَ أَنْ يَسْتَقِيلَهُ»
Translation

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ said: “The two parties to a sale have the option as long as they have not separated, unless it is a transaction with an option. And it is not lawful for him to separate from his companion fearing that he might ask him to cancel it.”
