أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي نَافِعٌ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا أَوْ يَكُونَ خِيَارًا»
