✧ What merchants should do regarding disclosure in their transactions

أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي قَتَادَةُ عَنْ أَبِي الْخَلِيلِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ حِزَامٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا فَإِنْ صَدَقَا وَبَيَّنَا بُورِكَ لَهُمَا فِي بَيْعِهِمَا وَإِنْ كَذَبَا وَكَتَمَا مُحِقَ بَرَكَةُ بَيْعِهِمَا»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The two parties to a sale have the option as long as they have not separated. If they are truthful and make things clear, they will be blessed in their sale. But if they lie and conceal, the blessing of their sale will be erased."
