أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ هَمَّامِ بْنِ مُنَبِّهٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ عَرَضَ عَلَى قَوْمٍ الْيَمِينَ فَأَسْرَعَ الْفَرِيقَانِ جَمِيعًا عَلَى الْيَمِينِ «فَأَمَرَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَنْ يُسْهَمَ بَيْنَهُمْ فِي الْيَمِينِ أَيُّهُمْ يَحْلِفُ»

✧ The Prophet ﷺ offered the oath to a people, and both parties hastened together to take the oath, so the Prophet ﷺ ordered that lots be cast among them for the oath as to which of them should swear.
