✧ If a people accept the rule of a man and he rules over them and their descendants

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَامِرٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ صَالِحٍ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ سَعْدًا حَكَمَ عَلَى بَنِي قُرَيْظَةَ أَنْ يُقْتَلَ مِنْهُمْ كُلُّ مَنْ جَرَتْ عَلَيْهِ الْمُوسَى وَأَنْ تُسْبَى ذَرَارِيُّهُمْ

وَأَنْ تُقْسَمَ أَمْوَالُهُمْ فَذُكِرَ ذَلِكَ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ «حَكَمْتَ فِيهِمْ بِحُكْمِ اللهِ الَّذِي حَكَمَ بِهِ فَوْقَ سَبْعِ سَمَوَاتٍ»

  10. Tuqsam Amwāluhum Fadhukir Dhalik Lilnnabī ﷺ

✧ And that their wealth be divided. That was mentioned to the Prophet ﷺ and he said, "You have judged among them with the judgment of Allah, which He judged from above the seven heavens."
