أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحِيمِ أَبُو يَحْيَى الْبَغْدَادِيُّ يُعْرَفُ بِصَاعِقَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مُعَلَّى بْنِ مَنْصُورٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ سَمِعَ الْمَقْبُرِيَّ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ يُحَدِّثُ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ جُعِلَ قَاضِيًا فَقَدْ ذُبِحَ بِغَيْرِ سِكِّينٍ»

✧ On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ, he said: “Whoever is appointed as a judge has been slaughtered without a knife.”
