al-Sunan al-Kubra (al-Nasa'i) 5874

✧ His saying, praised be His glory: 'And you have not been given of knowledge except a little.'" [al-Isra: 85] The elevation of knowledge and the emergence of ignorance.

أَخْبَرَنَا عِمْرَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ عَنْ أَبِي التَّيَّاحِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مِنْ أَشْرَاطِ السَّاعَةِ أَنْ يُرْفَعَ الْعِلْمُ وَيَثْبُتَ الْجَهْلُ وَيُشْرَبُ الْخَمْرُ وَيَظْهَرُ الزِّنَا»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “Among the signs of the Hour is that knowledge will be taken away, ignorance will become established, wine will be drunk, and adultery will become widespread.”
