5835 5804 أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا مَنْصُورٌ وَهِشَامٌ عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «الْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ وَالْعَجْمَاءُ جُبَارٌ وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "A well is without liability; a beast is without liability; a mine is without liability; and in buried treasure is one-fifth."
