أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ سَعْدٍ إِمْلَاءً مِنْ كِتَابِهِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَمِّي وَهُوَ يعقوب بن إبراهيم بن سعد قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ وَهُوَ ابْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «الْعَجْمَاءُ جُرْحُهَا جُبَارٌ وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ» خَالَفَهُ قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ

✧ The Prophet ﷺ said: "Injury caused by a beast is without liability; a well is without liability; a mine is without liability; and in buried treasure is one-fifth." Qutaybah b. Saʿid disagreed with him.
