✧ Prohibition of pleasure.

أَخْبَرَنَا مُغِيرَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْحَرَّانِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْقِلٌ وَهُوَ ابْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عَبْلَةَ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سَبْرَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنِ الْمُتْعَةِ وَقَالَ «أَلَا إِنَّهَا حَرَامٌ مِنْ يَوْمِكُمْ هَذَا إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ وَمَنْ كَانَ أَعْطَى شَيْئًا فَلَا يَأْخُذْهُ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade mut'ah and said: Indeed, it is haram from this day of yours until the Day of Resurrection. And whoever has given anything, let him not take it back.
