أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ

عَنْ أَبِي عَاصِمٍ هُوَ النَّبِيلُ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ الْأَسْوَدِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ «تَزَوَّجَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ» قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَاصِمٍ أَنْتَ أَمْلَيْتَ عَلَيْنَا هَذَا مِنَ الرُّقْعَةِ لَيْسَ فِيهِ عَائِشَةُ فَقَالَ دَعْ عَائِشَةَ حَتَّى أَنْظُرَ فِيهِ

Translation

✧ "From Abu Asim, who is noble, from Uthman ibn Aswad, from Ibn Abi Mulayka, from Aisha, that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ married while he was in a state of ihram (i.e., during the pilgrimage). I said to Abu Asim, 'You have added this to us from your own fabrication, as Aisha is not mentioned in it.' He said, 'Leave Aisha aside, let me verify it.'"
