أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ وَهُوَ ابْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ مَطَرٍ الْوَرَّاقِ عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ أَبِي رَافِعٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ «تَزَوَّجَ مَيْمُونَةَ وَهُوَ حَلَالٌ وَبَنَى بِهَا وَهُوَ حَلَالٌ وَكُنْتُ أَنَا الرَّسُولُ فِيمَا بَيْنَهُمَا» أَرْسَلَهُ مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ married Maymunah while he was not in ihram, and consummated with her while he was not in ihram. I was the messenger between them. Malik b. Anas narrated it as mursal.
