أَخْبَرَنِي أَيُّوبُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الرَّقِّيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ وَهُوَ ابْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الرَّقِّيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ حَبَّانَ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ قَالَ

«أَنْكَحَ رَجُلٌ مِنْ بَنِي الْمُنْذِرِ ابْنَتَهُ وَهِيَ كَارِهَةٌ فَأَتَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ» فَرَدَّ نِكَاحَهَا 5368 أَخْبَرَنِي أَيُّوبُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدٌ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ مِثْلَهُ

✧ A man from Banu al-Mundhir married off his daughter while she was unwilling. She came to the Prophet ﷺ, and he invalidated her marriage. 5368 Ayyub b. Muhammad informed me; he said: Ma'mar narrated to us; he said: Zayd narrated to us from Ayyub, from Ikrimah, from Ibn Abbas, from the Prophet ﷺ, something similar.
