أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَاتِمِ بْنِ نُعَيْمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا حَبَّانُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُوسَى قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ يَعْنِي ابْنَ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ خَنْسَاءَ بِنْتِ خِذَامٍ قَالَتْ

أَنْكَحَنِي أَبِي وَأَنَا كَارِهَةٌ وَأَنَا بِكْرٌ فَشَكَوْتُ ذَلِكَ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ «لَا تُنْكِحْهَا وَهِيَ كَارِهَةٌ» خَالَفَهُ مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ فِي إِسْنَادِهِ وَفِي لَفْظِهِ
