أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ عَنْ دَاوُدَ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ سَعِيدًا مَا الشَّرَابُ الَّذِي أَحَلَّهُ عُمَرُ قَالَ

«الَّذِي يُطْبَخُ حَتَّى يَذْهَبَ ثُلُثَاهُ وَيَبْقَى ثُلُثُهُ»
