✧ The prohibition of drinking wine made from grapes, raisins, dates, and honey

وَأَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْمُعْتَمِرُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ إِسْحَاقَ وَهُوَ ابْنُ سُوَيْدٍ يَقُولُ حَدَّثَتْنِي مُعَاذَةُ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ «نَهَى عَنْ نَبِيذِ النَّقِيرِ وَالْمُقَيَّرِ وَالدُّبَّاءِ وَالْحَنْتَمِ» فِي حَدِيثِ ابْنِ عُلَيَّةَ قَالَ إِسْحَاقُ وَذَكَرَتْ هُنَيْدَةُ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ مِثْلَ حَدِيثِ مُعَاذَةَ وَسَمَّتِ الْجِرَارَ قُلْتُ لِهُنَيْدَةَ أَنْتِ سَمِعْتِيهَا سَمَّتِ الْجِرَارَ؟ قَالَتْ نَعَمْ

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade nabidh of the naqir, the muqayyar, the dubba, and the hantam. In the hadith of Ibn Ulayyah, Ishaq said: Hunaydah mentioned from Aishah something like the hadith of Muadhah, and she named the jars. I said to Hunaydah, 'Did you hear her name the jars?' She said, 'Yes.'
