✧ The prohibition of drinking wine made from grapes, raisins, dates, and honey

أَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ثُمَامَةُ بْنُ حَزْنٍ الْقُشَيْرِيُّ قَالَ لَقِيتُ عَائِشَةَ فَسَأَلْتُهَا

عَنِ النَّبِيذِ قَالَتْ قَدِمَ وَفْدُ عَبْدِ الْقَيْسِ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَسَأَلُوهُ فِيمَا يَنْبِذُونَ؟ «فَنَهَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَنْ يَنْبِذُوا فِي الدُّبَّاءِ وَالنَّقِيرِ وَالْمُقَيَّرِ وَالْحَنْتَمِ»

✧ Regarding nabidh, she said: The delegation of Abd al-Qays came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and asked him about what they should make nabidh in. The Prophet ﷺ forbade them from making nabidh in the dubba, the naqir, the muqayyar, and the hantam.
