أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ فَضَالَةَ النَّسَائِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ «قَضَى فِي الْمُكَاتَبِ أَنْ يُؤَدِّيَ بِقَدْرِ مَا عَتَقَ مِنْهُ دِيَةَ الْحُرِّ»
