أَخْبَرَنَا عِمْرَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ زُبَيْدٍ الْيَامِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى أَنَّهُ ذَكَرُهُ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ قَالَ

«الْأَضْحَى رَكْعَتَانِ وَصَلَاةُ الْفِطْرِ رَكْعَتَانِ وَصَلَاةُ الْمُسَافِرِ رَكْعَتَانِ وَصَلَاةُ الْجُمُعَةِ رَكْعَتَانِ تَمَامٌ لَيْسَ بِقَصْرٍ عَلَى لِسَانِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ»

✧ The Adha prayer is two rak'ahs, the Fitr prayer is two rak'ahs, the traveler's prayer is two rak'ahs, and the Friday prayer is two rak'ahs, complete and not a shortening, on the tongue of the Prophet ﷺ.
