أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَامِرٍ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ نَهِيكٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ أَعْتَقَ نَصِيبًا لَهُ مِنْ مَمْلُوكٍ عَتَقَ مِنْ مَالِهِ إِنْ كَانَ لَهُ مَالٌ»

Translation

✧ The Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever frees a share he owns in a slave, the slave is freed from his wealth if he has wealth."
