أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا حَبَّانَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ مَلَكَ ذَا مَحْرَمٍ فَهُوَ حُرٌّ»
