✧ Who Controls the Forbidden Womb

أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ أَبُو عُمَيْرٍ الرَّمْلِيُّ وَعِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ يُعْرَفُ بِالْفَاخُورِيِّ عَنْ ضَمْرَةَ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ مَلَكَ ذَا رَحِمٍ مُحَرَّمٍ عَتَقَ» قَالَ لَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ لَا نَعْلَمُ أَنَّ أَحَدًا رَوَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ غَيْرَ ضَمْرَةَ وَهُوَ حَدِيثٌ مُنْكَرٌ وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever owns a forbidden blood relative, he is free." Abu 'Abd al-Rahman said to us: We do not know that anyone related this hadith from Sufyan other than Damrah, and it is a rejected hadith. And Allah knows best.
