أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي وَشُعَيْبُ بْنُ اللَّيْثِ عَنِ اللَّيْثِ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عُرْوَةُ عَنْ أَبِي مُرَاوِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ

أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ نَبِيَّ اللهِ ﷺ أَيُّ الْعَمَلِ خَيْرٌ؟ قَالَ «إِيمَانٌ بِاللهِ وَجِهَادٌ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ» قَالَ فَأَيُّ الرِّقَابِ خَيْرٌ؟ قَالَ «أَغْلَاهَا ثَمَنًا وَأَنْفَسُهَا عِنْدَ أَهْلِهَا»

✧ He asked the Prophet of Allah ﷺ: Which action is best? He said: "Faith in Allah and jihad in the path of Allah." He said: Then which necks are best? He said: "The most expensive in price and the most precious to their owners."
