أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ كَثِيرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ عَنْ بَحِيرٍ عَنْ خَالِدٍ عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ نُفَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِي ثَعْلَبَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَا تَحِلُّ النُّهْبَى وَلَا يَحِلُّ مِنَ السِّبَاعِ كُلُّ ذِي نَابٍ وَلَا تَحِلُّ الْمُجَثَّمَةُ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Plunder is not lawful, nor is any beast of prey with fangs lawful, nor is the mujaththamah lawful.”
