حَدَّثَنَا وَاصِلُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى الْكُوفِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ فُضَيْلٍ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

«نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ ثَمَنِ الْكَلْبِ وَعَسْبِ التَّيْسِ» رَوَاهُ ابْنُ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ وَقَالَ بَدَلَ عَسْبِ التَّيْسِ مَهْرِ الْبَغِيِّ

Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade the price of a dog and the stud fee of a he-goat. Ibn Abi 'Ubaydah narrated it from his father, and he said instead of 'stud fee of a he-goat': 'the dower of a prostitute.'
