أَخْبَرَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعَيْبُ بْنُ اللَّيْثِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثِ عَنِ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ هُرْمُزَ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ أُسَيْدَ بْنَ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ يَذْكُرُ أَنَّهُمْ «مَنَعُوا الْمُحَاقَلَةَ» وَهِيَ أَرْضٌ تُزْرَعُ عَلَى بَعْضِ مَا فِيهَا رَوَاهُ عِيسَى بْنُ سَهْلِ بْنِ رَافِعٍ

✧ I heard Usayd b. Rafi' b. Khadij al-Ansari mention that they forbade muhaqalah, which is land cultivated for a share of its produce. It was narrated by 'Isa b. Sahl b. Rafi'.
