أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَمْرٍو
عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ وَجَابِرٍ قَالَا «نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهُ وَنَهَى عَنِ الْمُخَابَرَةِ كِرَاءِ الْأَرْضِ بِالثُّلُثِ وَالرُّبُعِ» رَوَاهُ أَبُو النَّجَاشِيِّ عَطَاءُ بْنُ صُهَيْبٍ وَاخْتُلِفَ عَلَيْهِ فِيهِ

✧ From Ibn Umar and Jabir, they said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade selling fruit until its ripeness appears, and he forbade mukhabarah, leasing land for a third or a quarter. Abu al-Najashi Ata b. Suhayb narrated it, and there is disagreement on him concerning it.
